Briefing
Before we search, we clarify what we’re searching for. With the technical side we walk through the requirements of the role. With HR we cover employment conditions and compensation range. The goal is to know exactly who fits, who we can approach, and where the role won’t work from the start. That saves everyone time.

Market analysis
In the background we map the talent landscape for the role: availability, movement signals, market-rate compensation. On request we share what we find, for example to help you calibrate the compensation range. Otherwise we keep this section deliberately short, so the process stays lean.

Screening
Every person speaks in person with someone from us before a profile reaches you. We assess technical depth, motivation, and fit to the mandate. No outreach bot, no CV forwarding. Anyone on the shortlist has had a real conversation.

Shortlist and support
Three to five pre-qualified profiles, each with CV, verified references, and supporting notes. We coordinate interviews and calibrate expectations on both sides. In the closing phase we mediate the negotiation so both parties come out well. We support the process through the end of the probation period, and remain available after that.

Three ways to structure the mandate.
The fee fits the role, not the other way round.
CONTINGENCY
Fee on signature.
You pay only when the contract is signed. Fee as a percentage of gross annual salary, guarantee period on request. Suited for first engagements, for testing the relationship, or when working with an external recruiter is new to you.
RETAINED
Engagement fee at the start.
We deliberately cap the number of retained mandates running in parallel to give you full attention. When useful, we bring in additional resources from our network. Suited for tight searches, hard-to-reach profiles, and confidential mandates. The highest probability of success, both in placement and in time to signature.
CONTRACTING
Three profiles in 24 hours.
Via our payroll partner Numeriq AG in Zurich. You receive at least three immediately available, pre-qualified profiles within 24 hours, without having to act as employer yourself. Day rate by arrangement.
