Seven years ago I worked with Microsoft Dynamics for the first time, still as AX back then, and haven’t stopped spending time with the ecosystem since. First out of Baden-Württemberg, since 2022 with a focus on German-speaking Switzerland.
What pulls me in about Dynamics 365 is the depth. Once you’ve understood what an F&SCM module actually does, or how Power Platform interacts with Dataverse, you see the ERP software world differently. That depth also changes how recruiting works in this space. It’s not about keyword matching, it’s about real technical conversation.
I founded AlpineReach because I saw that between generalist IT recruiters and global Microsoft boutiques, there was no room for a Swiss practice that was genuinely specialised and close to its clients at the same time. Today I work from Adliswil with end customers, Microsoft Partners, and integrators in Switzerland, Germany, and Austria.

I’ve been in recruitment for eight years, and exclusively in the Microsoft Dynamics space. I started in Edinburgh after my Honours Degree in Business and Managerial Economics at Queen Margaret University. Stations in the UK, Benelux, Cologne, and Switzerland followed.
Before AlpineReach I was Recruitment Manager at a global recruitment firm focused on Microsoft, led teams across several business units, and was repeatedly a top performer in the company.
Today I live in Horgen on Lake Zurich. At AlpineReach I’m an equal co-founder; strategic sparring and the topics beyond the concrete mandates sit with me.
